GEODI, is an AI and NLP-powered platform designed for Data Discovery, Semantic Search, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). It functions as a bridge between unstructured data (like documents, emails, and CAD files) and actionable insights.
The software is primarily used for Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and regulatory compliance (such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS).
Key Capabilities:
Semantic Search & Discovery: Unlike keyword-based search, GEODI understands context and meaning. It can automatically identify sensitive information such as IBANs, names, dates, and money across hundreds of different data sources (Office docs, PDFs, CAD files, social media, etc.).
Patented GIS Integration: One of GEODI's unique features is its ability to extract spatial information from unstructured text. It can automatically place documents or notes on a map if they mention a specific location, lot number, or address.
Data Classification & Masking: It identifies and labels data based on security policies. It can also perform "dynamic masking" to hide sensitive information in real-time based on the user's role.
GEODI Q (AI/LLM Module): A newer module that integrates LLMs (like GPT, Llama, or Gemini) to allow users to build secure internal chatbots, summarize large volumes of documents, and detect complex risks through natural language prompts.
Wide Compatibility: It includes over 200 data adapters and supports specialized formats like DWG (CAD) and DGN, allowing teams to take notes and collaborate directly on technical drawings.
